My Data: tables, entries, stats and export
My Data gives you your own data tables. Start from a template to track habits, counts and logs, see a heatmap and streaks, and export to JSON or CSV anytime.
My Data turns scattered check-ins, counts and logs into data tables that belong to you. Open it from the avatar menu (top right) → My Data (/space).
Create a table
Click New table and start from a template. You can change the fields later.
| Template | Records | Built-in fields | Good for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Habit tracker ✅ | By day | Done (checkbox), Amount, Note | Daily habits: exercise, water, vocabulary |
| Counter 🔢 | By day | Count | How many times a day: Pomodoros, cups |
| Log 📓 | By time | Duration (min), Note | One entry per session: reading, meditation, practice |
| Blank table 📄 | By day | Note | Design your own |
By day tables are organized around dates — usually one entry per day. By time tables add a new, timestamped entry every time.
Add an entry
Open a table, click Add entry, pick the date (or time), fill in the fields and save. You can also:
- log from a widget: connect Meditation Log, Habit Heatmap and others to the table — see Data source;
- log with one tap from Notion or a phone bookmark: create a check-in link.
Every entry shows where it came from: Manual, Widget or Check-in link. Click an entry to edit or delete it.
Fields
Add fields under the table's Settings → Fields. Types: Date, Number, Text, Checkbox, Select, Tags, Link and Image URL. A table can have up to 20 fields.
- Existing fields can't change type (so old data stays consistent), but you can rename or remove them.
- Removing a field doesn't delete recorded data; it just stops showing in the table and in exports.
Stats
At the top of each table you'll see:
- a heatmap of recent days — darker means more entries;
- your current streak and longest streak;
- days with entries and totals over the past year.
Filter entries by 7 days, 30 days, This year, All or a Custom range.
Export
Click Export to download JSON or CSV (spreadsheet). CSV opens in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets. Your data is always yours to take.
Who can see it
- Tables are Only me by default.
- You can make a table Public: anyone can see the daily stats (counts and number totals), never your notes or other text. Public tables will be able to appear on My Page.
Delete a table
At the bottom of the table's Settings, click Delete this table. The table and all its entries are deleted for good — export first if you might need them.
For how many tables and daily writes you get, see Free and Pro limits.
