Sign in, sign up and reset your password
Sign in with an email code (a new email signs you up automatically), use a password or WeChat on older accounts, and reset a forgotten password with your email.
Sign in with an email code (recommended)
- Open the login page, enter your email and click Continue.
- Check your inbox and enter the 6-digit code.
- You're in. A new email creates an account automatically — no separate sign-up.
No code? Check your spam folder, or wait a moment and resend it.
Other ways to sign in
- WeChat: click Sign up / log in with WeChat and scan the QR code.
- Password: accounts created with an email and password can choose Log in with password.
Forgot your password
- On the login page, click Forgot password?.
- Enter the email on your account and get a 6-digit code.
- Set a new password (8–32 characters, with at least one letter and one number). You're signed in right after.
Your Pro membership, widgets and data stay in the same account.
Trouble signing in
- No account uses this email: you may have signed up with another email or with WeChat. Try that instead — or create a new account with this email.
- More than one older account uses this email: we can't tell which one you mean, so please sign in to the one you want with its password.
- Too many codes: wait for the time shown and try again.
- Still can't sign in? Email islaohu@gmail.com with your account email and the message you see.
Logging out and deleting your account
- Avatar menu (top right) → Log out.
- To delete your account, follow the instructions in your settings to email us. We'll permanently delete your account data within 7 business days.
