Refunds: full refund within 14 days
Pro bought online on WidgetStore can be fully refunded within 14 days of payment, no questions asked. How to ask, how long it takes and when it doesn't apply.
The rule
- Pro bought online on this site can be fully refunded within 14 days of payment, no reason needed.
- After 14 days, purchases are generally non-refundable. If an outage on our side kept you from using the service, we may refund the remaining time.
How to ask
Email islaohu@gmail.com with:
- the email you used at checkout;
- when you paid;
- your order number (in the receipt email from Creem).
We handle requests within 3 business days.
How long it takes
Creem refunds the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or payment provider — usually 5–10 business days. Once refunded, the matching Pro time is removed.
When it doesn't apply
- Pro activated with a redemption code, and codes bought from resellers: contact the seller.
- Accounts restricted or closed for breaking the Terms of Service.
