Sparks: buying, free Sparks, balance and refunds

What Sparks are

Sparks are your WidgetStore balance, formerly called AI credits. They pay for upcoming AI features, deducted by actual usage, and will work in more places over time.

From October 15, 2026, each Sparks is worth 1/100 of an old AI credit: 1 AI credit = 100 Sparks. Your balance and history have been multiplied by 100, so their value hasn't changed. $1 = 10,000 Sparks.

How to get them

Way	Details	Expires
Buy	Pick a pack on the pricing page	Never
Daily check-in	1–100 Sparks at random each day	End of the following month
Monthly Pro gift	2,500 Sparks each month for Pro members, added the first time you open My Sparks or check in that month	End of the following month

For example, free Sparks you get in October expire on November 30 at 23:59 (China Standard Time). Free Sparks expiring soonest are used first, then purchased ones.

Packs

Pack	Price
50,000 Sparks	$5.00
110,000 Sparks (10% bonus)	$10.00

How to buy

1. Log in and open the pricing page, then choose a pack under “Buy Sparks”.
2. Pay on Creem's secure checkout: cards, Alipay, Apple Pay and Google Pay (Apple Pay / Google Pay only show on supported devices and browsers).
3. When payment succeeds you're sent back to WidgetStore and the Sparks are added right away.

Balance and history

Open My Sparks from the avatar menu to see your balance, how much of it is free or purchased, when free Sparks expire, and every check-in, gift, purchase, use, expiry and refund. When some are about to expire (within 7 days), the check-in card shows a one-time reminder.

Refunds

Sparks bought online on this site can be fully refunded within 14 days of payment if they haven't been used; the purchased amount is then removed. Free Sparks (check-ins, Pro gifts) can't be refunded or exchanged for cash. See Refunds.
