Daily check-in: free Sparks every day

Check in each day for 1–100 free Sparks and keep a streak. Check-ins are saved to your My Data. Rules, expiry and FAQ.

How to check in

After you log in and add a verified email, you'll see the Daily check-in card in these places. Just tap “Check in”:

Each check-in gives you 1–100 Sparks at random — usually a few dozen, now and then something close to 100. The card shows how many you got and your streak.

Rules

  • Once a day. The day changes at midnight China Standard Time (1:00 in Japan); the card shows when you can check in next.
  • Sparks from check-ins expire at the end of the following month: ones you get in October expire on November 30 at 23:59 (China Standard Time). The ones expiring soonest are used first.
  • Your streak is just for you; miss a day and it starts again from 1.
  • For the first 3 days after you sign up, each check-in gives at most 10 Sparks.
  • To keep things fair we detect bulk sign-ups and many accounts checking in from the same network or device. Those check-ins still count, but may not give Sparks.

Your check-ins live in My Data

The first time you check in, a “Check-ins” table is created in My Data, and a row is added each day (date, Sparks earned, streak). You can see it as a heatmap with your streak.

  • This table doesn't count toward your table or record limits.
  • Rows can't be added or edited by hand (check-ins write them), but you can rename it and export it as CSV / JSON.
  • You can connect it to widgets — for example, connect the habit heatmap to it under Data source in the editor to show your check-ins.
