A free online Pomodoro timer and focus space: four timer modes, layered ambient sounds, live backdrops, prioritized to-dos, one-tap time tracking, habits, goals and focus stats. No sign-up needed — sync to My Data and embed widgets in Notion.
Everything for deep work, on one page
Four timer modes: Pomodoro, countdown, stopwatch and Animedoro, all with your own intervals, plus gentle alert sounds and notifications.
Home, Focus and Break: Home shows a big clock, a greeting and a daily quote. Focus keeps only the timer. Break walks you through a few slow breaths.
Layered soundscapes: Rain, café, fire, waves, white noise and more — 14 sounds you can layer, each with its own volume, all generated live in your browser.
Prioritized to-dos: Give each task a priority, due date and time estimate. The next one always stays on top, and you can see your whole day at a glance.
One-tap time tracking: Give activities like work, study or exercise an emoji and a color. Switch with one tap and get a timeline of your day.
Habit tracking: Daily or weekly habits with current and longest streaks, plus a monthly calendar.
Goals: Set goals like “10 hours of study a week” or “4 Pomodoros a day”. Progress is calculated from what you record.
Focus stats: See focus time and activity breakdowns by day, week and month, with a yearly heatmap and streaks.
Badges: Earned only from what you actually record — your first session, a 7-day streak, 100 hours in total.
Backdrops & music: Use wallpapers, live scenes or a solid color as your backdrop, and embed playlists from YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music or NetEase Cloud Music.
Picture-in-picture & clear mode: Pop the timer into a floating window above your other apps. Clear mode hides everything but the backdrop and the time.
AI day planning: Turn your to-dos and work hours into time blocks for today, and get a weekly review. A rule-based plan is there if you’d rather skip AI.

FAQ
Do I need an account?
No. Open it and start — your data is saved on this device. Sign in when you want to sync across devices or turn your data into widgets, and what you recorded here is merged into your account.
Can I change the Pomodoro length?
Yes. You can set focus, short break and long break lengths and how many rounds come before a long break. You can also switch to countdown, stopwatch or Animedoro (40 minutes of focus, 20 minutes of break).
Do the sounds need to download?
No. Every ambient sound and alert is generated live in your browser, so there’s nothing to download and it works offline.
What’s the difference between Free and Pro?
All the core features are free. Free includes up to 5 habits, 3 goals, 3 sound layers at once and 90 days of stats. Pro raises that to 50 habits, more goals and activities, 8 sound layers, every live scene, image and YouTube backgrounds, and your full history.
Where is my data stored? Can I export it?
Once you sign in, it lives in My Data as five tables — focus sessions, time blocks, to-dos, habits and goals. Export to CSV or JSON any time, or connect them to Notion Charts.
Can I put it in Notion?
Yes. The widget library has a focus timer, today’s time blocks, a focus heatmap, a habit grid and goal progress. Copy a link and paste it into Notion. Your start page also has a focus mode.
