My Data: free and Pro limits
Tables, entries, daily writes and connected widgets you get with My Data on Free and Pro, what happens at a limit, and what happens to your data when Pro ends.
My Data is free to use. To keep it fast and sustainable without raising prices, each account has these limits:
| Limit | Free | Pro |
|---|---|---|
| Tables | 3 | 20 |
| Entries per table | 5,000 | 20,000 |
| Entries in total | 15,000 | 50,000 |
| Writes per day (all sources) | 20 | 80 |
| Writes per table per day | 15 | 50 |
| Views per day | 60 | 90 |
| Exports per day | 2 | 10 |
| Widgets connected to tables | 3 | 20 |
| Public tables | 1 | 10 |
| History in stats and widgets | Last 365 days | All history |
Good to know
- Writes: adding an entry on the web, checking in on a widget, a check-in link and an automation request each count as one write, all sharing the same daily allowance. Deleting entries doesn't count against the daily limit, so you can always clean up.
- Reset time: 00:00 Beijing time (UTC+8).
- History: on Free, heatmaps, stats and widgets look at the last 365 days. Older entries aren't deleted and can still be exported.
- The Usage panel at the top of My Data shows what you've used today.
When you hit a limit
- The web, widgets and check-in links tell you today's writes are used up. They reset at 00:00 (UTC+8).
- At the table or entry limit, delete tables or entries you don't need, or upgrade to Pro.
- Very rarely, if overall usage nears capacity, writes pause briefly with a notice and resume automatically.
When Pro ends
Your data is never deleted:
- every table stays viewable and exportable;
- your 3 oldest tables keep accepting entries; the rest become read-only;
- you can't create new tables, and tables over the free entry limit can't take new entries.
Everything comes back when you renew Pro.
