Pro purchased online on this website can be fully refunded within 14 days of payment, no questions asked.
After 14 days, purchases are generally non-refundable. If an outage on our side prevents you from using the Service, we may refund the remaining period at our discretion.
Email islaohu@gmail.com with the email address used at checkout, the payment date and the order number (shown on the receipt from Creem). We will respond within 3 business days.
Refunds are issued by Creem to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or payment provider and usually takes 5–10 business days.
Once a refund is issued, the corresponding Pro period is removed.
Pro activated with a redemption code, and codes bought through third-party channels (such as Lizhi, SSPAI or Xianyu), must be refunded through the original seller.
Accounts restricted or terminated for violating the Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.
If you have a question about a charge, please contact us first and we will help resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may lead to account suspension.
