My forest — collect energy together and plant virtual trees

Focus together in Focus Rooms to grow energy, collect it after each session, get extra when teammates cheer, and plant virtual trees in your forest.

Focusing together in Focus Rooms grows energy. Collect enough and you can plant a tree of your own in My forest.

  • When a focus session ends, your energy ball floats over the forest clearing in the middle of the room — tap it to collect. If you don't, it's collected automatically after a minute, or when you leave. Nothing is lost.
  • Cheering a teammate (the emoji above the chat box) gives them a bit of energy. You can only give, never take, and giving doesn't cost you anything.
  • If the page stays in the background for more than 2 minutes you're marked as away: no energy grows meanwhile and your leaf in the clearing turns yellow until you're back.

The room's tree

In the middle of the room is a tree everyone grows together: seed → sprout → sapling → young tree → in bloom. It grows one stage for every focus session you finish together, and a little taller as each session runs. If someone steps away, only their own leaf wilts — the tree never shrinks.

Plant a tree

  1. Open Focus, tap Forest in the dock and then Open my forest — or tap the energy count in the top-left corner of a room.
  2. Under Plant a tree, pick a species and tap Plant.

  • Trees take on the look of the season you plant them in: pink cherry blossoms in spring, red maples in autumn, snow in winter.
  • If you come from a room, the people you just focused with come along (up to 3, and you can remove them), and the tree remembers "Planted together with Ada, Ben". Those names are stored only in your own data.
  • Tap any tree in your forest to see when and with whom it was planted.

Achievements and sharing

  • Together achievements: First focus together, A week together, Four planters, Welcoming host, Grove (10 trees) and Forest (50 trees). They only count your own records — there's no leaderboard.
  • Share my forest makes an image on your device (it isn't uploaded) that you can save or send with your system share sheet.

Add it to Notion or your page

The My Forest widget in the library shows your trees and today's energy. In the editor, tap Create “My forest” and connect under Data (or pick your existing forest table). Until you connect it, it shows a sample. You can also pick it for the Android home-screen widget.

Privacy

Messages go directly between devices, end to end — they never pass through our servers and are never stored. Setting up the connection does go through our server, and people in the same room can see each other's IP address. Your energy, trees and co-planter names are stored only in your own My Data (the forest table); the room's tree, energy balls and leaves are only shared between the devices in the room.
