WidgetStore - Widgets, animated icons, dashboards and personal pages for Notion

Turn a Notion database into charts

Notion's built-in charts live inside database views. WidgetStore Notion charts read the databases you authorize, summarize the fields you pick (count, sum, average, min, max), group dates by day, week, month, quarter or year, filter, sort and keep the top N — then give you a chart you can embed in any Notion page, your personal page or your start page.

Charts are drawn as SVG on our server, so embeds load almost no script and adapt to light and dark mode and to English, Japanese and Chinese. Your Notion access token is encrypted on the server and only reads the databases you selected; the embed only receives the summarized numbers, never the raw records.

FAQ

How often do charts update?
Embedded charts pick up new data on a schedule: every 60 minutes on the free plan, every 15 minutes on Pro and every 5 minutes for My Data. You can also click Refresh now in the editor (3 times a day on the free plan). If Notion can't be reached, the chart shows the last successful data with its update time.
Is it free?
Yes. Free accounts can create 3 charts with bar, line, area, donut, KPI, progress and ranking types. Calendar heatmaps and series / stacking need Pro, which also allows up to 50 charts, faster updates and up to 3,000 rows per chart (1,000 on free).
Can other people see my Notion data?
The embed only contains the numbers shown on the chart, not your records. Your access token is encrypted on our server and only used to read the databases you selected; it's deleted when you disconnect Notion.
Do my old Notion charts still work?
Yes. Charts created in 2022–2024 keep their links and now use the new renderer. You can edit them with the new editor under My widgets → Notion Charts, and they don't count toward the free limit.
