Pomodoro timer widgets for Notion

Notion has no built-in timer. Embed the minimal Pomodoro Timer on your work page: pick a length and press start, pause or reset any time, and a ring shows how much is left. When time's up it chimes once and pulses. You can edit the presets — for example 25 minutes of focus and a 5-minute break.

The timer runs in your browser, stays accurate if you switch tabs, and saves or uploads nothing. Add white noise (waves, campfire, birdsong or rain) while you focus, list today's tasks in the Daily Checklist, and sit for a few minutes with the Meditation Timer on your break.

FAQ

How do I make 25-minute Pomodoros?
In the editor, fill in “Preset times” as name-seconds pairs separated by semicolons, for example: 25 min-1500;5 min-300;15 min-900; Save and those become the buttons on the widget.
Does the timer keep running if I close the page?
No. The Pomodoro Timer doesn't store anything — it only counts while the page is open. Switching tabs is fine, but reloading or closing the page starts over.
How does it tell me time's up?
The widget changes color and pulses, and plays a short chime synthesized by your browser (there's no audio file). Browsers only allow sound after you've clicked the page, so the round you started with “Start” will chime normally.
Are these widgets free?
All 4 widgets on this page are free. Sign in to create them — free accounts can create a limited number, Pro has no limit.
Do they work in the Notion mobile and desktop apps?
Yes. Widgets are regular web embeds, so they show up in Notion on the web, on desktop and in the mobile app, as long as the device is online.
What language are the widgets in? Is there dark mode?
Widget text follows each visitor's browser language — English, Japanese, Simplified or Traditional Chinese. Most widgets also switch between light and dark with the system setting.
Can I use them outside Notion?
Anywhere that can embed a web page: Obsidian, FlowUs, Wolai, or your own website with an iframe.
