Fitness widgets for Notion

The running log takes a distance and time with one tap on Log run, then adds up this week, this month and this year, works out your average pace and draws a running heatmap. The step ring shows today’s steps against your goal and can also be filled automatically through a check-in link. The weight trend plots daily points with a 7-day average, and hides the numbers by default.

All of these entries live in your own My Data tables, where you can view, edit and export them. The weekly training plan highlights today’s session, Stretch of the Day shows one original move a day with a line drawing and a timer, and the race countdown looks like a race bib — add a goal time to see your pace and splits. These widgets only record and display; they don’t give medical or weight-loss advice.

FAQ

Where are my runs, steps and weight stored?
In tables in your own My Data (create and connect one with a click under Data in the editor). Widgets only show daily totals; you can view, edit, delete and export the entries in My Data.
Can it sync steps from my phone or watch?
The widgets don’t read any health app or fitness platform. Log by hand, or use a My Data check-in link with a phone automation (such as Shortcuts) to add your steps each day.
Can other people see my weight?
By default the weight trend shows only the curve and whether it’s going down, steady or up — no numbers. The entries themselves are visible only to you in My Data. You can turn numbers on in the editor.
Are these widgets free?
All 6 widgets on this page are free. Sign in to create them — free accounts can create a limited number, Pro has no limit.
Do they work in the Notion mobile and desktop apps?
Yes. Widgets are regular web embeds, so they show up in Notion on the web, on desktop and in the mobile app, as long as the device is online.
What language are the widgets in? Is there dark mode?
Widget text follows each visitor's browser language — English, Japanese, Simplified or Traditional Chinese. Most widgets also switch between light and dark with the system setting.
Can I use them outside Notion?
Anywhere that can embed a web page: Obsidian, FlowUs, Wolai, or your own website with an iframe.
